ဥၥမအႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ျပပြဲ “Underground City-2008” ကို ႐ုရွားႏိုင္ငံ၊ ေမာ္စကိုၿမိဳ႕၌ ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၁၀ ရက္ေန႔မွ ၁၃ ရက္ေန႔အထိ က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္သြားမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္္။ အဆိုပါျပပြဲတြင္ ေျမေအာက္က႑ ဖြ႔ံၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈႏွင့္ အသံုးခ်မႈဆိုင္ရာ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို တင္ဆက္ျပသသြားမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။

႐ုရွားဥမင္အစည္းအ႐ုံး (Russian Tunneling Association)၏ အဆိုျပဳခ်က္အရ ေမာ္စကိုၿမိဳ႕ျပ အိုးအိမ္စီမံကိန္း၊ ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈႏွင့္ ျပဳျပင္မြမ္းမံေရး ေကာ္မတီမွ ကမကထျပဳကာ “Developing features of underground space and urbanization in large cities” ေခါင္းစဥ္ျဖင့္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ကြန္ဖရင့္တစ္ရပ္ကို ထည့္သြင္း က်င္းပသြားမည္ဟုလည္း သိရသည္။ ထို႔ျပင္ ျပပြဲအစီအစဥ္မ်ား၌ “Integration of pilot technologies in the underground space development” ၿပိဳင္ပြဲ၊ “Trenchless Technologies” ေခါင္းစဥ္ျဖင့္ စာတမ္းဖတ္ပြဲ၊ ေျမေအာက္ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးတြင္ ဗိသုကာဆိုင္ရာ ေျဖရွင္းနည္းသစ္မ်ား အသံုးျပဳပံုမ်ားကို “Underground city” ေခါင္းစဥ္ျဖင့္ ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပျခင္း၊ ၿမိဳ႕တြင္းကားလမ္းဥမင္မ်ား တည္ေဆာက္ပံုကို ဗီဒီယိုျပကြက္မ်ားျဖင့္ ျပသျခင္း အစီအစဥ္မ်ားလည္း ပါဝင္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ျပပြဲတြင္ ဝင္ေရာက္ ျပသလိုသူမ်ား၊ ေလ့လာၾကည့္႐ႈလိုသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ အေသးစိတ္ သိလိုသည့္ အခ်က္မ်ားကို City Build ဝဘ္ဆိုက္မွတဆင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ ေမးျမန္းႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။
